iPhone ProRes LOG Footage

Using an iPhone to shoot the majority of my videos I am always looking for new ways to get the best result from the camera. A lot of my videos have been shot with iPhone “Cinematic Mode,” but recently they updated the iPhone to shoot ProRes LOG footage. This type of footage allows more flexibility when it comes to color grading the video, so I wanted to try it out.

Below I have a video showing different environments shot with Apple ProRes.

Actual cameras are of course better, but I like to see how powerful the camera is right inside our pocket. Also, real cameras are expensive which makes phone cameras a lot more appealing.
